ORLANDO – Trevi Pasta is a small, Italian cafe that will take you to the heart of Italy. Located in College Park, Orlando, the restaurant specializes in fresh pasta and Italian market. All pasta and sauce are homemade, and the menu changes daily.
“We change the menu often to make sure everything is fresh every day,” said Vinicius Turci, owner. “We have over 15 flavors of fresh pasta and 20 flavors of ravioli.”

The restaurant was founded by Angelo, who earned the name of “Michel ‘Angelo’ of Pasta” because of his famous fresh pasta. He was born in Italy. He started in the fresh pasta industry at a very young age when his parents opened an agriculturist restaurant back in his home country. Angelo made fresh pasta and sauces to sell. Their business became successful and his family opened their first “trattoria.”
“His family is from Rome,” said Turci. “The name Trevi Pasta is a tribute to ‘Fontana di Trevi’ located in their city.”
After his father was drafted from the Italian Military for World War ll, Angelo moved with his family to Venezuela, where they opened an Italian restaurant. In 1970, they opened their second restaurant, where Angelo was involved with all steps of pasta production and management.
Angelo’s father passed away when he was 18 years old. So, he became the owner of both restaurants. He moved to the United States in 1980 and in 2013 he opened Trevi Pasta in College Park.
“What is special about our restaurant is that people can see us preparing their pasta,” said Turci. “We imported our machine from Italy, and a lot of people come to see it, we cut the pasta in front of our customers.”
Angelo launched a wholesale production line of artisan pasta in 2016, Trevi Pasta Factory. Their fresh pasta became so popular that big companies like Disney Resorts, are outsourcing the pasta to some restaurants in their hotels. Today, Trevi Pasta Factory also sells its products to The Cookery, located in Milk District, and Fresh 24 Market, located in Audubon Park.
“We want to provide the best pasta and according to yelp, Trevi Pasta has the best pasta in Orlando,” said Turci. “People come from out of town just to try our food.”
When Turci moved to Orlando, he became a regular customer at Trevi Pasta. After Angelo launched the wholesale production, he decided it was time to sell the restaurant. Turci became interested in maintaining Angelo’s legacy and bought the restaurant in November of 2017.
The restaurant is located at 2120 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, and is open Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m.
